With over 30 years of leadership in the Indian Armed Forces and corporate sector, Colonel AVS Pawan Kumar (Retd) has built a reputation as a visionary leader in operations, procurement, logistics, facilities, security, and digital process optimization. After graduating from Delhi University in Industrial Relations and earning an MBA in Supply Chain Management and MSc in Munition Technology, Pawan led high-stakes Command and advisory roles, overseeing large-scale logistics, procurement, and warehousing operations. In corporate leadership roles at Reliance Retail and Satchmo Holdings, he led multi-state teams, managed facility controls, and oversaw budget management, saving the companies hundreds of crores. He has trained over 400 Officers in a premium training institute in Jabalpur on management techniques and also headed the training of a large organization in Hyderabad. His data-backed decision-making, vendor strategy, and asset management consistently delivered measurable gains.

This deep and sustained engagement with yogic transmission and inner refinement has shaped his leadership philosophy, grounding it in balance, empathy, and clarity.
