Dharmesh is passionate about ‘Building Values Driven Organizations’ having systematically transformed various organizations to Agile Culture. He is a Certified Leadership and Life Coach (PCC) as well as Team Coach (ACTC) from ICF with 2000+ hours of experience in coaching leaders and teams. Dharmesh has 13+ years of experience in Coaching, Training and Mentoring across all levels in large organizations with expertise in Agile Coaching to bring about Cultural Change.
He is specialized in Team Coaching and Sandwich Layer (Middle Management) Coaching. Dharmesh has 25+ years of global experience in domains of Finance, Storage, Backup, Mobile technologies, Telecom, eCommerce etc. with large firms as well as start-ups. He has been part of many transformations up to 800 people organization from strategy, organization design to execution to Agile Culture resulting in improved customer satisfaction, speed of execution, quality & employee morale.
Before this, he was Vice President at Credit Suisse, India working as Transformation Lead and Agile Coach. He has worked with large companies like Cisco, Symantec, Veritas, Ciena Networks as well as with start-ups in India and US.
As an individual interested in spirituality, he is following “Pranahuti Aided Meditation” for more than 2 decades, which is about transforming individual consciousness to be in tune with the universal consciousness. He is associated with “Satkama School” focused on “Value Based Education” and conducts Personality Development Programs for teenagers.
