Dharmesh Shah is a transformative leader and co-founder of SatvikOrg Transformation Services, dedicated to organizational well-being by integrating Vedic wisdom with modern coaching techniques. His expertise lies in transforming leadership belief systems, enhancing team dynamics, and shaping a positive organizational culture that fosters both individual and collective success.
He has 30+ years of global experience across various domains such as Finance, Storage (SAN), Backup & Archiving, Mobile technologies, Telecom, eCommerce, B2B etc. with large organizations as well as start-ups. Before co-founding SatvikOrg, he was Vice President at Credit Suisse, India working as Transformation Lead. He has worked with large companies like Cisco, Symantec, Veritas, Ciena Networks as well as with start-ups in India and US.
With 15+ years into Coaching and Training, he has coached 100s of leaders and teams across levels within organization. As a certified coach with 2000+ hours of coaching, Dharmesh delivers practical, results-oriented workshops on Vedic Philosophy, Emotional Intelligence, Agile Leadership, Personality development and more.
He has successfully led and contributed to several large-scale transformations across many large organizations across various functions and domains.
As an individual deeply interested in spirituality, he is following “Pranahuti Aided Meditation” for more than 2 decades and guiding people in meditation. He is associated with “Satkama School” focused on “Divine Resource Development – Education for new Spiritual Era”. He conducts Personality Development Program for students as well as guiding teachers in inculcating values into their teaching methodology
