Cancellation by SatvikOrg: In the rare event that SatvikOrg cancels a session, participants have the option to join the next available session at no additional cost. Alternatively, if preferred, participants will receive a full refund of their fees.
Cancellation by Participant: We understand that plans can change, and participants may need to cancel their registration/enrolment. If you wish to cancel, please inform us at least 5 days before the scheduled start date of the session/assessment to get a full refund, otherwise fee will not be refunded.
How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at contact@satvikorg.com. Please provide your registration/enrolment details and reason for cancellation to expedite the process.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution and payment method.
