Tushar is passionate about ‘helping people lead a happy and fulfilling life’, having worked with hundreds of people realize their motivation towards life. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has coached 500+ individuals in transforming their beliefs, behaviors, careers and leadership styles.
Tushar has facilitated transformations of multiple teams and organizations with measurable results, focusing on culture as the key driver. With 1000+ hours of coaching leaders, managers and teams within different organizations, Tushar has a vast experience of more than 23 years globally with multiple organizations, business domains and corporate environments.
His experience consists of 13+ years of Coaching, Mentoring and Training across organization levels, focusing on the Agile values and principles to bring in cultural change. He has worked for large-scale transformations including strategy, organization design, value stream mapping, product discovery and mindset change leading to improvement in customer satisfaction, people engagement, effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
Before co-founding SatvikOrg, Tushar was a Vice President with Credit Suisse, India. He has earlier worked with companies like Infosys and Persistent Systems, helping multiple clients in various capacities.
On the personal front, Tushar is a poet, musician and a songwriter. He has also inspired and influenced his sons to take up music as a hobby, which has resulted in them being better musicians than Tushar.
